A good morning for a run in OKC. It was raining and we had our normal wind blowing. For those of you who don't know much about Oklahoma City a 20 mph wind is a slight breeze. A band of rain was blowing through so their was 30 mph gusts..
It is funny how some days running is a lot easier than others. Yesterday was my wifes birthday so we had a great dinner out and wine. Probably too much wine and I could tell when I was running this morning. Oh well ...Cheers!
