I am in the process of training for the half marathon in Vegas Dec 4th 2011. As the title of this blogs says I am fat well about 65lbs overweight. My goal is to not only run in Vegs but train and try to not only loose weight but enjoy the time training.
I have been training for a couple of weeks now but today starts pushing towards my goal.
I ran over 6 miles today and I am glad to say that I didn't injure myself by either falling/tripping and or slapping myself silly!
